About the speakers: 

Carolyn Hill, Founder, The Hill Resource Group

Carolyn Hill has almost 20 years of HR Leadership/ Business Partner experience working in various industries and company sizes. In early 2019, Carolyn founded The Hill Resource Group, a consulting firm specializing in HR transformation, professional development, leadership training, team building, and HR start-up services.

Ileana Starwood, Founder and CEO, Gabriel Alliance (Neurodiversity and Inclusion in the Workplace).

At Gabriel Alliance LLC, Ileana Starwood serves as an advocate and champion for neurodiversity and inclusion in the workplace. Prior to launching Gabriel Alliance, Ileana held leadership positions with the world’s preeminent provider of recovery audit services; a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical distributor and health care information technology company; and worked for a top-ranked U.S. health care system.

Jennifer Riis-Poulsen, Founder and CEO, Powerhouse Strong (Psychological Safety in the Workplace).

Jennifer is an expert in Empowerment and Personal Safety. She formed Powerhouse Strong in November 2014 as a response to the ever-increasing statistics on the number of individuals that are emotionally, verbally and physically assaulted each year. The Powerhouse Strong curriculum is based on her education in Psychology and 18 + years of Martial Arts experience and includes Emotional, Psychological, and Physical Safety.
