Alexandre has 15 years of experience in sales and international business development. He is the founder of GROW, a commercial strategy consulting firm that has supported more than 500 SMEs, mid-sized companies, and scale-ups (such as Les Echos, KOM, Yomoni, Studi, Software AG, Webhelp, UKG, OuiHelp, FlashOffice, and many others) in scaling their sales operations across France, Europe, and the United States.

Before founding GROW, Alexandre led international business development for several SaaS companies, where he successfully opened more than 20 markets across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, generating tens of millions of dollars in ARR from scratch.
