Devin Liddell will outline the transformations we can expect to the passenger experience of the near future due to COVID-19.

About the Event:

The good news: we are a resilient species and we’ll get past this devastating COVID-19 pandemic, albeit far from unscathed. The bad news: the implications of climate change are increasing the risks of future pandemics involving both existing and brand-new infectious diseases, so the days of system shock followed by collective amnesia will need to end. From the very beginning of our recovery, the realities of a post-COVID-19 world will pose new challenges to cities and transportation systems, and airports and airlines especially.

In this webinar, Devin Liddell, Principal Futurist at the design and innovation company Teague, will outline the transformations we can expect to the passenger experience of the near future as well as the potential implications of these transformations from both utopian and dystopian perspectives.
