Come join FACC and Jade Fiducial for a breakfast workshop on accounting and tax fundamental! Croissants and Coffee will be provided

Aimed specifically at startups, this workshop will address legal, accounting, and tax questions about setting up a business and/or managing a U.S. affiliate with a French office. It will also cover the main changes in the U.S. tax reform affecting businesses.

THE SPEAKERS:

NATHALIE HELIN

Nathalie Helin is a French Expert-Comptable with over 25 years of experience in French and American taxes, auditing and accounting. She also held administrative and financial director positions for various companies including 9 years in aircraft MROs. Since April 2016, Ms. Helin is the Branch Manager for the Atlanta office of JADE FIDUCIAL.

YOANN BRUGIÈRE

Yoann Brugiere, CPA with over 10 years of experience providing audit, financial and tax services to clients from different industries ranging from large multinationals to small and mid‐sized private companies.

This workshop will cover the following topics:
– Review of legal structures available for entrepreneurs. 
– Accounting rules and recommendations.
– Managing human resources and payroll.
– Main tax considerations for entrepreneurs.
