Au Programme this year: virtual cooking and wine tasting classes, online auctions, networking and of course a lot of fun!

The FACC Beaujolais has been a tradition amongst the French-American business community in Atlanta for more than 3 decades now.

Every year, on the third Thursday of November, members, business communities & friends are gathering together in a festive atmosphere, enjoying delightful French food and discovering France’s renowned wines. It is the perfect opportunity to toast to the strength of the transatlantic connection between France and the US.

This year is no exception!

Join us in the FACC virtual kitchen on November 19, at 6:30pm EDT for an exclusive step-by-step live cooking class with Anthony Gropp, Head Chef and co-owner

Anthony Gropp and his brother, Michael, General Manager and co-owner of the French fine Cuisine Petite Violette, will guide you through the steps to replicate one of their favorite classic entrées on their menu

Boeuf en Croûte, aka Beef Wellington

Image is non-contractual.

Check out the list of ingredients HERE.
But no worries!  You won't have to do your groceries for the cooking class.
Your ticket will include all the main ingredients to replicate live the chef's recipe as well as your 34th FACC Beaujolais Collector apron and more surprises.

A huge THANK YOU to our Patron member FPL Food and Francois Leger for donating the nice cut of beef for this recipe.
Built on a belief of sustainability, traceability and animal welfare, FPL Food strives to provide their foodservice and retail customers with the highest level of quality and consistency. Your 34th FACC Beaujolais experience would not be complete without

  • a virtual wine tasting class with Tim Willard, Eastern Regional Manager, European Cellars, where you will learn more about the Beaujolais region and its wine
  • online auctions (link to our online auctions will be communicated shortly)
  • games and photo contests that will give you the chance to win a bottle of wine
  • the company of old friends and new connections as we will be socializing in themed breakout rooms.  Some of the themes that our Board Members will discuss with you: Le Théâtre du Rêve with Phil Bolton & Carolyn Cook, Les Faux-Amis (bras, actually, douche, ...) with Hélène Touré, No Whining for the Holidays with Monique Lung, The Best Mortocycle Rides in North GA with Bertrand Lapoire, ...

As a non-profit organization, the FACC-Atlanta is relying on memberships and fundraising to offer throughout the year seminars, networking opportunities, professional exchanges and commercial services.

This year, more than any other ones, the Beaujolais signature event is key to funding those educational and business programs. We count on you!
