Operations Agent

An Air France Operations Agent will :

Coordinate the daily operations of ATL in the Central Loading Document environment to ensure safety, security, punctuality and proper application of all existing procedures

Be responsible for the coordination of passenger flights, follow-up on daily organization of crew rotations and preparation of the daily flight folders

Be involved in the issuance of the Weight & Balance Load Sheet as part of Central Loading Document

Monitor and oversee the loading of the aircraft

Be cross-utilized according to the station needs in areas such as passenger service/catering

 

Requirements / Skills :

One year of recent airline experience and French language skills is preferred

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Ability to work well under pressure and to anticipate/resolve problems

Knowledge of  MS Windows tools

Passenger Service/Ticketing experience is a plus

MUST have a valid US driver’s license

 

Job Details :

Rotating hours and days shift work, which includes mornings, nights, weekends and holidays

The starting salary for this position is $11.50/hr

Air France conducts a comprehensive 10 year background check
